Tatv Co provides coworking workspace services: day passes, hot desks, fixed desks, private cabins, and hourly common amenities (meeting rooms, conference room, event space, phone booths, and the VR viewing room) at its listed locations.
Waitlist reservations made on this website are requests, not confirmed licences. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (email/WhatsApp) and, where applicable, payment of the booking amount is received. Seat/cabin allocation shown on the floor map is indicative and may be adjusted at confirmation.
Prices shown are indicative launch rates in INR and exclusive of GST (18%), which is charged on all invoices. Final commercial terms (including security deposit, lock-in and notice for monthly plans) are stated on your membership confirmation/invoice.
Payments are collected by Tattva Energy Fintech LLP through authorised payment partners (e.g. Razorpay) or bank transfer. We do not store your card/UPI credentials.
Members must use the workspace lawfully, respect other members, follow building rules (security, fire safety, parking), and are responsible for their guests and belongings. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged. Illegal, hazardous or disruptive activity may result in immediate termination without refund.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected booking period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi / Gautam Buddha Nagar (UP) have jurisdiction.
We collect only what we need to serve you: name, email, phone, company (optional), and your booking preferences (location, plan, seat, dates). We use it to process bookings, contact you about your reservation, and share opening/member updates. We do not sell your data. Payment data is handled by our payment partner and never stored by us. Data is retained while your enquiry/membership is active and for statutory record periods thereafter. To access, correct or delete your data, write to hello@tatv.world. This site uses privacy-friendly analytics without cross-site tracking. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Refund requests: hello@tatv.world with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
